If we have not already done so, we invite the participants of the 2017 edition to respond to the SURVEY that they have received by e-mail in order to better meet the expectations next year. All answers are confidential.

* Activities are declared within 10 working days of the Symposium. This includes all necessary supporting documents: presentation of courses, conferences, dinners and lunch-workshop, and the official certificates of the Order. If you have not received a confirmation after this deadline, please contact us by e-mail at formation@oiq.qc.ca.
